Our clinic is led by Dr. Sylvain Simard and Dr. Jeremy Deazle, who provide comprehensive, evidence-informed care in Antigua and Barbuda across medical aesthetics, pain management, age management, and family medicine.

Born in Canada and a graduate of the University of Ottawa (MD, 1990) and McGill University (Family Medicine, 1992), Dr. Simard worked for over twenty years in emergency medicine in the Saguenay–Lac-Saint-Jean region, including as head of the Alma emergency department. He completed anesthesia training (Jonquière Hospital, 2000) and developed expertise in pain management.

Approach & vision

Dr. Simard favors a personalized, integrative approach. Following an in-depth consultation and informed consent, he proposes a treatment plan tailored to each patient.

His goal is to achieve harmonious, natural results that respect each person’s balance and identity. Committed to continuous improvement, he is currently pursuing training in functional medicine (IFM).

Dr. Jeremy Deazle is a Family Physician providing comprehensive medical care in both public and private healthcare settings in Antigua and Barbuda. He has over ten years of clinical experience and is committed to delivering patient-centered, community-focused medical care.

In recognition of his service and leadership, he received the Antigua and Barbuda National Youth Award (2013).
