About the clinic
Soon located in Barbuda, the clinic will specialize in age management, pain management, and medical aesthetics, offering advanced, evidence-based care in a professional clinical setting. Under the medical direction of Dr. Sylvain Simard and Dr. Jeremy Deazle, the clinic will provide personalized treatment plans designed to support health, function, and appearance.
Pain and age management services will include PRP, BMAC (bone marrow aspirate concentrate), exosomes, and stem cell–based therapies, as well as integrative medical approaches aimed at optimizing vitality and recovery.
Medical aesthetic treatments will include neuromodulators (Botox®), dermal fillers, laser therapies, and the use of advanced medical devices and technologies to achieve natural, balanced results.
The clinic’s age management program also will incorporate peptide therapies, photobiomodulation, hyperbaric chamber sessions, IV therapies, medical ozone, hydrogen and xenon gas therapies, along with natural products and lifestyle habit optimization, including nutrition, movement, and preventive health strategies.
Most of the treatments will be offered at our clinic.

Our Services
Stem Cell–Based Therapies
Stem cell–based treatments may be offered to support tissue repair, pain management, and age management, depending on individual assessment and eligibility.
Exosomes
Exosome-based therapies aim to support cellular communication and regeneration. They may be used to improve skin quality, scalp health, or as part of a broader regenerative strategy.
Neuromodulators
Injection of Botox®, Dysport®, Nuceiva®, or Xeomin® to temporarily reduce muscle activity responsible for facial expression lines. These treatments help soften dynamic wrinkles and contribute to a more relaxed, natural appearance.
Dermal Fillers
Products such as Juvederm®, Restylane®, Teosyal®, and Revanesse® are used to restore facial volume, improve contours, and soften certain wrinkles. Fillers may also enhance the lips or cheekbones and can be combined with neuromodulators when clinically appropriate.
Laser Treatments & Medical Devices
Non-ablative laser technologies and other medical devices may be used to improve skin texture, tone, and overall appearance, including the treatment of certain acne scars.
Treatment for Excessive Sweating
The miraDry® system uses controlled thermal energy to treat underarm sweat glands and may be indicated for axillary hyperhidrosis. Excessive sweating can also be managed with therapeutic Botox injections following medical assessment.
Electrocautery
Electrocautery is a medical technique using controlled electric current to remove certain benign skin lesions, such as skin tags (acrochordons), warts, cherry angiomas, seborrheic keratoses, or xanthelasma, following proper medical evaluation.
PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma)
PRP is prepared from the patient’s own blood and re-injected to support natural regenerative processes. It may be offered in aesthetic medicine and musculoskeletal care for conditions such as tendinopathies, joint pain, and sports-related injuries, based on clinical evaluation.
BMAC (Bone Marrow Aspirate Concentrate)
BMAC is a biologic therapy that uses concentrated cells derived from bone marrow. It may be considered in certain cases of joint, tendon, or tissue conditions as part of a regenerative medicine approach.
Targeted Injections (Ultrasound-Guided)
Ultrasound-guided cortisone injections are offered to improve precision and safety. These injections may help relieve inflammation and pain related to joints, tendons, or soft tissues, depending on diagnosis.
Regenerative Pain Management
PRP, BMAC, exosomes, and stem cell–based therapies may be integrated into individualized pain management plans to support healing, mobility, and functional recovery.
Peptide Therapies
Medical-grade peptides may be used to support recovery, metabolic balance, tissue repair, and healthy aging.
Photobiomodulation (Light Therapy)
